Чудесно, спасибо (особенно за крапиву). У меня вот, кстати только Radu Anton Roman, Savoureuse Roumanie, 358 recettes culinaires et leur histoire (Ed, Noir sur Blanc, 2001), но интереснейший фолиант, у Вас может, как раз его румынское издание?
